The commercial is great because the idea is very well represented.

The public: male who doesn’t want to get involved.

The hook: you can be safe (not having kids) and still have fun. To add a little bit of pepper, at the end you find out that you can be “double safe” :)

The commercial is based on the presupposition of the targeted public that kids are annoying and hard to manage. And if you really feel incapable of raising a child go and buy yourself a condom – you’ll be safe.
